“My goal is to be the best in the league,” Ben Simmons told ESPN. “I’m not worried about other rookies, I’m worried about the guys at the top, and that’s where I want to be.”

Ben Simmons is setting high goals for himself. Although he was out all last season due to a fracture, Ben was 2016’s No.1 pick and has been learning about the NBA from LeBron James, with whom he shares the same agent. Ben is confident in his abilities and doesn’t plan to have any restrictions when he makes his debut. While at LSU he received a lot of criticism over his shot and averaged 33.3% from three point range. However according to The Age Simmons had this to say,

“I’ve never had to shoot the ball as much so now it’s a different level, but I’m very confident in what I need to do.”
