It looks like Mo’Nique is ready to turn a new leaf with Tyler Perry. The actress/comedian has been on a tear against the industry, speaking out on events that allegedly took place some years back, involving career advice that she didn’t appreciate coming from former collaborator Lee Daniels. But her criticism hasn’t been limited to Daniels, as she’s also called out Oprah and Perry for being gatekeepers who she blames in part for having her “whiteballed.” Now it appears that of the three, she may lay off of Perry after he reached out in order to speak with her personally.
