Memphis rapper Blac Youngsta takes to social media to announce he’s heading to Houston to offer aid to Hurricane Harvey victims. The hurricane that swept through Houston and other parts of Texas has left the thousands displaced. A number of celebrities have already offered contributions to relief efforts, most notably, Kevin Hartand J.J. Watt.
